A: Why not? Hell, anyone can have a website these days, why not a rabbit? Besides, Karnage's popularity among the internet populace made it absolutely necessary for him to have his own website. He's just cool like that, y'know?

A: Blame it on his Owner; she started it by posting pictures of him in her LiveJournal. The response was overwhelming; everyone who saw him just fell in love with him. In fact, so many people were interested in Karnage and his activities that it was decided that he needed his own website in order to handle the demand.
